Shipping Policy.
Please allow up to 7- 10 business days for your order to process.

Shipping begins after processing has been completed.

Products should take 3-5 business days to arrive after processed shipping.

You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your order while it’s in route

Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.

Also, please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.

Lost or Stolen Goods. 
Rooted by Najai is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the address you have provided. After receiving your claim, we will provide you with proof of delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information to assist you in your investigation.

Return Policy.
Please inspect your package as close to its arrival as possible as it is completely normal for items to shift during transit. Packaging may also experience wear and tear as a result of handling by the carrier.

Due to the global pandemic and nature of our products all Rooted by Najai’s hair care product sales are final. However, if your product is defective upon arrival, please email our customer support center at support@rootedbynajai.com with proof of damage, and we’d be happy to issue you a replacement item.
